    A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required for all returns.
  • Replacement Service:
  • If the laptop battery you received is defective or not functioning as expected, we will provide a replacement after verification.
  • The replacement will be processed promptly after the original product is returned and verified by our team.
  • Repair Service:
  • In cases where the issue can be resolved through repair, we will repair the battery and return it to you in optimal condition.
  • Repairs will be carried out only if the issue falls under warranty terms.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products without original packaging or accessories.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered.

Return Process

  3. Reverse Pickup:
    We will arrange for a reverse pickup to collect the item or user can send on given address.
  4. Shipping the Item:
    Securely pack the product in its original packaging before returning it.
  5. Verification and Refund:
    Once the item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo verification. If it meets our return criteria, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
