  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
  • Dispatches occur Monday to Friday at 3:30 PM IST. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3.3 Change of Delivery Address
  • Delivery addresses can be updated anytime before the order has been dispatched.
3.4 Incorrect Address or Contact Information
  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address or contact details, customers will need to pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
3.5 Items Out of Stock
  • If an item is unavailable, we will ship the available products immediately and send the remaining items once they are back in stock.

8.2 Parcels Lost in Transit
  • If a parcel is lost, we will process a replacement after the courier’s investigation confirms the loss.
