Return Eligibility

   • Laptop Batteries: Within 7 days of delivery.
2. Condition:
   • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by all original packaging and accessories.
3. Proof of Purchase:
   • A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required for all returns.

Replacement Service

• If the laptop battery you received is defective or not functioning as expected, we will provide a replacement after verification.
• The replacement will be processed promptly after the original product is returned and verified by our team.

Repair Service

• In cases where the issue can be resolved through repair, we will repair the battery and return it to you in optimal condition.
• Repairs will be carried out only if the issue falls under warranty terms.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products without original packaging or accessories.
• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered.

Return Process

2. Approval: Our team will review your request and provide a Case ID upon approval.
3. Reverse Pickup: We will arrange for a reverse pickup to collect the item or the user can send it to the given address.
4. Shipping the Item: Securely pack the product in its original packaging before returning it.
5. Verification and Refund: Once the item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo verification. If it meets our return criteria, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Exchanges

2. Approval and RMA Number: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Reverse Pickup and Verification: We will collect the product for verification.
4. Exchange Process: After successful verification, the exchange process will be initiated within 24-48 hours.

Refund Process (no GST amount return)
